FB-11 Fuse Box

FB-11 Fuse Box

This "semi-intelligent" fuse box is a universal part, intended for use in all vintage motorcycles. The fuse box is good for a maximum total current load of 25A, but we recommend keeping it at 20A or less. This is inline with almost anything made before 1980 and quite a few bikes even into the 90s.

The FB-11 has 11 separate power connections, across nine circuits. Three of the connections are always on and protected by the off-board main fuse (optional extra) as part of a single circuit. These connections will remain on even if the ignition switch is off. This is useful for battery tenders, some types of digital gauges, and RFID locking kits.

12V Single Phase Regulator/Rectifier

12V Single Phase Regulator/Rectifier

Specifically designed and engineered for Sparck Moto, our single phase regulator/rectifier is designed to modernize your 12V permanent magnet charging system up to 180W. Acceptable for use with both lead acid and lithium ion batteries and fits the following machines:
  • All Honda singles and twins through 1978
  • Most pre-1970 British twins (either positive or negative ground, replaces rectifier and zener diode)
  • Most Kawasaki models with two yellow alternator wires
  • Most Suzuki T and GT two strokes with two cylinders

Comes pre-wired and will plug-and-play with most Honda twins. Includes hardware for other applications.

Wire colors:
Yellow - AC from alternator
Pink - AC from alternator
Green - Ground
Red - Battery positive terminal
Black - Voltage sensing. +12V when ignition switch on.

12V Three Phase Regulator / Rectifier

12V Three Phase Regulator / Rectifier

Built to the same specifications as our popular single phase model, this regulator/rectifier works on almost all motorcycles with a three phase permanent magnet alternator.

This includes almost all of the Honda twins and singles made on or after 1978, almost all of the Suzuki GS models, and many Kawasaki and Yamaha models as well.

Includes matching connectors and terminals for a brand new installation.

Wire colors are as follows:
Yellow - AC from alternator
Green - Ground
Red - Directly to battery positive terminal
Black - Switched power (should have power whenever bike is turned on, but no power when bike is off)

Honda CB/CL 360 Cam Chain Tensioner Set

Honda CB/CL 360 Cam Chain Tensioner Set

This cam chain tensioner set was specifically produced for Sparck Moto and is intended to replace the worn cam chain tensioners (both guide and slipper) in your Honda 360 engine.

These tensioner sets were modeled after the post-recall part numbers of 14520369010 and 14611369000 and fits all Honda 360 engines sold between 1974 and 1977.

Like all aftermarket parts, the end user assumes liability for their use.

High quality aluminum bar controls, equipped with 18 gauge wire in OEM Honda colors. Designed to fit 7/8" handlebars, these lightweight controls will replace your old, worn out setup while helping to maintain a classic OEM look.

Left side control is wired for horn, turn signals, dimmer switch, and clutch switch (clutch switch wires are removable if use is not desired).

Right side control is setup for electric starter, lighting (on, off, and parking light), brake switch (removable if not being used), and a toggle switch that can be used for either hazard lights or a kill switch.

This high powered LED projects usable light up to 30 feet. A solid aluminum body, with mounting clips, makes it easy to add into almost any location. The built in projector spreads light over a 90° angle and the unit is approximately one inch (24mm) in diameter.

This converter easily allows you to swap your 6v bulbs over to 12V bulbs on all your DC lighting systems.

Can handle up to 10A of current, allowing for a full conversion of all your lighting without having to tinker with the alternator or regulator/rectifier.

Not recommended for conversions of points ignition systems.

This 20W LED auxiliary light is perfect for when you need some additional lighting. It can be easily wired into existing systems and draws just over an amp of power.

Two high-powered LEDs provide a 60° beam of light up to 100 feet away. Two of these lights provide enough power to be used as a headlight, if so desired.

Ignition Coil or Headlight Subharness

Ignition Coil or Headlight Subharness

Now available from Sparck Moto: Ignition Coil and Headlight Subharnesses. These standalone wiring kits allow a direct, fused, run from the battery to your ignition coil or headlight (or headlight switch). This cuts down on the total length of the wiring run and the total number of connections of these circuits when compared to stock. Shorter wiring and fewer connections means less resistance, which means more power. These subharnesses can increase the power of your spark or the brightness of your headlight, especially so with three Ohm coils or headlights 55W and above.
Compatible with all headlights and all Kettering (aka points) and TCI (aftermarket, too!) ignition systems.
